烽火音樂莭 Yangzhou Fire Music Festival Day 1
Day 1 of the 烽火音樂節 Yangzhou Fire Music Festival has come to an end, and here are some crowd photos from the first day. I will add the bands to this post later as I edit them, so keep checking this post for updates.
Like all music festivals in China, the day starts off with young kids and older people coming to look. They don’t stay long, but they come and watch for a while. It is a good way to get the younger generation interested in music.
Business starts to pick up in the afternoon.
One thing that I love about shooting in China is that everyone is so friendly. I am always making cool new friends at the shows that I shoot.
The end of day one was fun, but also exhausting as the stage was extremely low, so I had to crouch down the whole day. In the evening after a festival day ends is all about getting some food, charging batteries and doing some work in the hotel.
